Hire and Fire is the company policy. Suddenly HR will call you and inform you that next 10 days or 15 days is the last working day in the company when you are on bench.

They are wasting time by hiring new candidates daily and then laying them off one by one for no valid reason. They give silly excuses, such as not having projects in that domain. They are trying to pressure us into resigning by making us submit our papers.
