A strict workflow and strong processes/procedures are enough to handle complex work, which makes the customer happy at the end of any project.

Dislikes

Overserving very small things which are really needed for daily use required unnecessary approval and waiting time. One of the example, a lots of faulty "Mouse" used by the operators which are very error-prone and might lead to errors for the customer. After repeated inquiries, the response received as "Pending for approval".

We started working from home right at the onset of lock down and before the disease spread to the extent it is today. MPS provided all the facilities to its employees, from PCs to internet connections, to make sure that we stay indoors and that work goes on smooth.

Dislikes

We all have our vices, and so does MPS. However, MPS still has many good things going which surpass the flaws. I believe, as a company, we should be able to get through all the hurdles
