Likes

No learning, No job security. Hire and fire practices. Appraisal on personal impressions and visibility to the CEO only..I e only the top management get s good appraisal..Nothing comes to the team. No training. Basic sanitation missing In infrastructure..Dirty washrooms, no clean water for drinking... Work life balance could be OK...But depends upon manager. I am from support function based at Noida which is a corporate office also....Read More

Under paid. No growth, no learning. Employee s are very casual..And culture is very laid down type.

Work Details

Boring and monotonous. No learning and exposure. Even I forget what I learnt in the past.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
