Company and its work environment is good. Team and teammates are good, full support by colleagues in training and work. All-over is good to be work here.

Dislikes

Everything is good expect its salary/appraisal. Self growth and career growth is very slow. Forget about the appreciation for work. I am a woman and came in morning shift and work for 12-13 hours but never get paid for my extra work, even managers and team leaders do not appreciate for your work. But you can receive appreciation emails from clients. Increment/appraisal is very very low and only one time in year. No travelling for Female many of my team members travel to Bangalore but they all are male....Read More
