Don't ever join this company. I joined as a fresher for 1.4lkh package for testing designation.. and year hike is very very less now I'm getting 1.8lkh after 1year.. even call center people earn more than this. Since I came under bond of 2years I can't able to change the company also. Please don't come to mphasis as a fresher.. try outside for other MNC.

Working is good. But salary is very less they will provide 11k for fresher's and 14k after 1year of experience. Please don't join the company.

If you join as a fresher, your salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

Worst place to get placed, had recieved my offer letter after 1 & 1/2 year later. Also had bond of 2 years. Worst project work, only maintainance work. Disgusting reputation as software engineer while you try to jump into other company

Main Pros - All the managers are very good and team members are very helpful, the seniors behave with you as a friend, work culture is very good.

Salary and benefits are not up to the mark, sometimes you will not get the appreciation after doing all the hardwork.
