I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. What I write is based on my experience working in one project till I Quit: No default project rotation process, you will only move to other projects if current project is completed or you perform poorly. No Proper planning in some areas which makes the team members to perform pre-requisite tasks beyond their assigned tasks which makes the time to complete a task longer.
