It's a very good company. My first company in my career. The teammates and higher officials were really good and kind. I felt like home. You get to know the new technologies. Salary is good.

The projects they offer for networking. Especially deep hands on experience with the tools and too much of exposure to the projects with transperancy. Would recommend anyone to join this organisation which gives you a great knowledge especially with soft skills development. But when it comes to appraisal and opportunities it's very less I found out. Not too many IJPs you'll see in your email.

1. Select your projects which does not requires you to ask for breaks. It should be free when it comes to taking our breaks. 2. IJPs rolled out are totally irrelevant, if you're someone having more than 5+ Years of experience you'll still need to wait for the opportunities to be rolled out. 3. Appraisal is very less. TBH it'll be max upto 2-3%. 4. HR is active, but you know very well about the HRs of all companies. They prioritize other things rather focusing on what's need to be done....Read More

No salary hike No compoff neither payment during extra shift. Poor work life balance SPOC don't want to talk even with experience employee regarding the issue on any matter. Payment is too low.

Nothing to like in this organisation. No hikes given in last appraisal. Supervisors are shit. They dont know anything about networking or how stuff works. Just sitting to yell on you. No work life balance. While joining you will get as rotational shifts and off. Been on the same shift and WO entire tenure. Projects are getting rampdown no job security. No inter project swap or else just a call from HR and boom you are on notice period. You can gain good team mates, but not the management part.

No appraisals or hikes will be provided, but we will receive an email stating that they will be provided. But at last they will inform due to business down, unfortunately appraisal and promotion will be given on up coming quarters. 😂 This happend for FY 2023 & 2024.
