They are asking us to leave the company without any notice and explanation. they told by 3pm as june 7th is the last working day and take the appropriate documents u need. Without any prior notice. If we are asking anything, they told as 45 days compensation will be provided. That’s it. Worst experience i had. Several persons got fired.

No job security, promotions only to their Chamchas. Many employees are recommendation candidates. Girls and Chamchas are easily promoted above merit candidates. That's very discouraging!

Management is not maintained. Company culture is different if you butter your senior manager you will get promotion even if you have no skills for that position. Prmotion depends on manager and not by your skills

Salary is too low and appraisals are below par even with 4 star ratings. No projects since the telnet project got shelved. On Bench after 7+ year experience in the company. And one fine day HR calls and offers to leave the company as there are no projects.

i enjoy working at Mouritech Pvt Ltd. because of the great company culture that fosters collaboration and growth. The work-life balance was excellent, allowed me to stay productive while maintaining personal time. Work satisfaction is high as I find my tasks meaningful, and the opportunities for promotions/appraisals motivate me to continuously improve and contribute to the company success.

Dislikes

Once i aspect dislike about working at Mouritect Pvt Ltd is lack of job security. It can be unsettling not knowing if the stability of my position is guaranteed in the long term.
