Work culture is very rough. You have to wait till the time you submit your deliverables. Lack of proper guidance Lach of proper technical know how Colleagues are non supportive Quality of food in cafeteria is poor Location of workplace not in prime area had to travel a lot Foreigner come to india only for enjoyment No scope to visit their foreign Office Has been blacklisted in major projects in India There is only internal comments on documents, but it does not get submitted to client Presently there are no Indian operations, only there is a global delivery center. Where foreign is being done at cheap rates. There is nothing such as talent in the company. One who has power rules the whole office. Very erratic decision by seniors Seniors are kept only for bullying there Company reveals equal opportunity, but i doubt their statement Many people come here but after a lot of frustration leave early You never know when the company may wind up Indian operations. It's challenging , great exposure to work as lead engineer for global projects and with forgien teams. Recently get exposed engineer standrads for UK USA Middle East NZ AUS. BIM applications and use in engineering consultancy has a way to go.
