If you are in GDS then it's just blunt slavery governed by a clueless greedy management who are running the show for their own benefit sake. Professional network abroad is good.
Dislikes
Poor staff support in GDS. Coercive and deterimental behiviour with staffs at all levels with no healthy growth. Management is extremely greedy and think only about their rapid growth and compromise with staff who sincerily contributed towards organization's upliftment. Very poor condition and you will feel cheated in the end.

Poor and highly insecured. In GDS They dont have projects and still recruit aspiring people and then fire them eventually.
