I joined Motivity as a fresher, and during my time here, I've had the opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies. I've gained a deeper understanding of the IT industry, and I'm grateful for the strong support provided by my manager, PVR. The guidance and encouragement to self-learn and continuously upskill have been invaluable in my growth.

I am disappointed with my experience at Motivity. While working on the IVIS Configuration project, I was moved to the bench, and after a month, I was unexpectedly laid off without any prior notice. This approach is unfair, especially for freshers or those with only 2 years of experience. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
