I joined Motivity as a fresher, and during my time here, I've had the opportunity to learn a wide range of technologies. I've gained a deeper understanding of the IT industry, and I'm grateful for the strong support provided by my manager, PVR. The guidance and encouragement to self-learn and continuously upskill have been invaluable in my growth.

Dislikes

I am disappointed with my experience at Motivity. While working on the IVIS Configuration project, I was moved to the bench, and after a month, I was unexpectedly laid off without any prior notice. This approach is unfair, especially for freshers or those with only 2 years of experience. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
