Very bad experience ever

I had worked with motilaloswal kochi from 2019 onwards after my resignation i had faced lot of difficulties for relieving after relieving mosl ask me to repay my incentives for relieving letter. So be careful and be aware if you earn anything in motilaloswal you have to pay back while relieving

Specifically, TGS/EDUMO department complete toxic environment, Seniors are clueless on their Targets and Goals. Basic Education qualification should be mandatory for Moving to a leadership level. There should be some process to identify whether the individual is capable to handle a team and possess a basic skills to handle a team

There is nothing good to like about the company.

Office politics, favouritism, top management are classist. My team members and me (total 3) were hired for helping start-ups raise money (investment banking for early stage companies), our entire Interview process was on this job profile. 6 months into the system our boss who took our interview on the job profile tells us to do cold calls and reach out to investors to invest in Motilal Oswal, something totally different from what we were hired for. On top of that I was awarded a 0% hike because for the initial 6 months I was not into cold calls, I was regularly threatened by my boss to be thrown out of the organisation. I decided to speak to the regional head to change within the department into a role more suited to my studies, I was pursuing my ACCA at that point. This request was disregarded without even looking into the issue. My peers have left and so have I but for one of us they asked to pay money before leaving. Worked with Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. for 4.5years, performed outstanding done 4x revenue then too increment was lowest in branch, my boss never done single joint client meeting, with me every year before appraisal bosses asked to do big business and then I will get good increment but got fake commitment by superior always and every year.

No proper support of superior was there in my team for Business, just want business, not ready for help to close business, no business then they put pressure but if someone is doing business then also they pressure that person. After resignation started doing Harrasment with me out of 8 resigned employees, even RH & HR is not ready to help for the same
