There is nothing good to like about the company.

Office politics, favouritism, top management are classist. My team members and me (total 3) were hired for helping start-ups raise money (investment banking for early stage companies), our entire Interview process was on this job profile. 6 months into the system our boss who took our interview on the job profile tells us to do cold calls and reach out to investors to invest in Motilal Oswal, something totally different from what we were hired for. On top of that I was awarded a 0% hike because for the initial 6 months I was not into cold calls, I was regularly threatened by my boss to be thrown out of the organisation. I decided to speak to the regional head to change within the department into a role more suited to my studies, I was pursuing my ACCA at that point. This request was disregarded without even looking into the issue. My peers have left and so have I but for one of us they asked to pay money before leaving. I worked in motilal Oswal jayanagar branch Bangalore. It's total worst experience, lots of insurance pressure, bad work culture, doing fraud for client in name of currency trading, internal politics. It's total horrible place to work, joining here means going to hell. I recommend not to join here. Join only if you are interested to work for 2 to 3 months.

Job Security is completely dependent on your performance. Decent work culture. Management is good, but operational process is little disappointing.

Job insecurity for underachievers and undisciplined. Incentive structure is not satisfactory. Learning and upskilling is the first and top most priority. Decent work life balance. Regular knowledge sessions. No outings till date
