Nothing. It just a Big brand with worst work culture specially Kolkata branch

There is no job security at all you could be fired at any time if you can not performing well. No work life balance. Retail department is the worst department in kolkata branch and The Area Sales Manager Mr Parthajit Mukherjee most dangerous personality i have ever met who has no respect for employees.
