Candidates are hired with fake commitments that they would be provided client base after proving themselves with own base. I did. I made an investment of 5 cr from my own base but till date no existing client or attraited client base was given. Now it seems like the organisation just don't want to trust new joiners and they just hired us to take our own client bases (mostly from banks or other NBFCs). HR policy is pathetic. If a candidate could dare to highlight issues to the HR against the wrong doings..they just simply ignore and approve the resignation immediately. I never saw an organisation has zero affect for mass resignation. Very wrong place to join for beginners and mid level experienced employees. Only close to retirement aged people are going to be good fit since they would have hundreds of own client base and they don't care if they would be asked to leave after getting huge salary for 2-3 years because they are prepared for retirement. Here clients are also mistreated and false commitments are made to them as well to destroy the relationship of client with their Relationship manager who brought them in Motilal....Read More
