The Product Department lately has been awful. Clear disparity in terms of salaries, bonus, WFH provision only to some selected departments. No checks on performance of depts and randomly passing them awards and appreciations HR dept is the worst at MO. They don't even understand the pain points of employees. Even after deliveringthe requirements, no appreciation or recognition Have to compulsorily wait for 2 yrs for promotion and they will get someone from outside with 3yrs experience and give them AVP designation. Work life balance is the worst thing like there is late seating till 8 or 8:30 without extra extra pay,that too was said the office timing will be from8:15 to 5:15 although we reach before 8:30 everyday which is inning time but exiting time never matches as said while hiring and they even make working on non working Saturday
