The overall company infrastructure is good and the top bosses have been employee centric

The Product Department lately has been awful. Clear disparity in terms of salaries, bonus, WFH provision only to some selected departments. No checks on performance of depts and randomly passing them awards and appreciations HR dept is the worst at MO. They don't even understand the pain points of employees. Even after deliveringthe requirements, no appreciation or recognition Have to compulsorily wait for 2 yrs for promotion and they will get someone from outside with 3yrs experience and give them AVP designation. What a joke! Only if you are able to do Showbaazi and be a chamcha, you will get promoted in even 6-12 months...Read More
