Policies which make this company worst company in the entire world to work for: - you will be wrongly sold the role I was promised that I would get a portfolio to manage and this is not a direct sales role but instead I was forced to do cold calling and do client visits. Due to my interest interest in the financial markets I took upthe role and left my stable job which I used to feed my family with. After joining just after few days I was forced to do sales work this is a hardcore sales profile. - Rishi Cobra is such a mentally sick person he would use abusive language and go to any extent to extort money out of clients through their wealth managers - This is a non inclusive place to work for as no non veg is allowed in office and a fine of 5000 rs is imposed upon having it. - This job role is not safe for women and no attention is paid on women safety and you would be forced to do client visits alone - There is no notice period mentioned in the offer letter and you can be thrown out of this organisation any day without any notice and you would have to worry about feeding your family from next day. - There is a strict attendance policy and if you reach late hy even a sec you would not get salary for that day - There is a strict rule of doing 2 client visits everyday without any leads being provided and you would be left on your own on the road to do sales and if you miss to to do two client visits any given day your salary will be deducted. Afte the client visits call will be made to the client to check if the manager had visited them and even they will check which color they were wearing.
