Good Place to mould yourself in extreme pressure. Good place to enhance your knowledge. Regularization and leave policy was good.
Working hours are too much especially in malad branch as the whole floor used to late sit till 7.30pm almost 11hrs working as compared to that the fixed salary used to seemed like peanuts. Too much pressure to deliver the everyday revenue. Work Life Balance was not there . Felt like a whole day job. Non working Sat were also working at times.

The worst hr you can find is in motilaloswal. Divya pillai is the regional hr but still she is useless. Lot of girls tell her problem her mental harrassment but everytime she will lie ok give me sometime I will get back to you . But she will never respond . This company is not at all female friendly . And if you have stable job thenguyz please don't leave that job and join mosl.. Mosl give you hike but after 6 month they will give you pip and then you will be useless to them . Without providing portfolio or client how many days you will survive. This is the organisation where you will be not allowed to serve your notice period. Bosses are insecure they don't give chance for fresh talent. Initially they will say that will arrange your training in Mumbai. They will send you Mumbai just for showing rosi picture but after coming from Mumbai your honeymoon period will go and real mental torture for 2 cr of monthly mutual fund get started apart from insurance and demat. Policies which make this company worst company in the entire world to work for: - you will be wrongly sold the role I was promised that I would get a portfolio to manage and this is not a direct sales role but instead I was forced to do cold calling and do client visits. Due to my interest interest in the financial markets I took upthe role and left my stable job which I used to feed my family with. After joining just after few days I was forced to do sales work this is a hardcore sales profile. - Rishi Cobra is such a mentally sick person he would use abusive language and go to any extent to extort money out of clients through their wealth managers - This is a non inclusive place to work for as no non veg is allowed in office and a fine of 5000 rs is imposed upon having it. - This job role is not safe for women and no attention is paid on women safety and you would be forced to do client visits alone - There is no notice period mentioned in the offer letter and you can be thrown out of this organisation any day without any notice and you would have to worry about feeding your family from next day. - There is a strict attendance policy and if you reach late hy even a sec you would not get salary for that day - There is a strict rule of doing 2 client visits everyday without any leads being provided and you would be left on your own on the road to do sales and if you miss to to do two client visits any given day your salary will be deducted. Afte the client visits call will be made to the client to check if the manager had visited them and even they will check which color they were wearing. I feel we spend a lot of time on virtual calls on daily basis. The review mechanism is also micro what i think. We spend a huge time in making different PPTs and beautifying them. Our incentive calculation and payout is very complex and there is huge attrition too due to this. We should really take action in making few things complex to simple.
