The organization is driven by KNOWLEDG FIRST culture which is very helpful to gain knowledge. In a broking industry no one is offering such a good concept of Knowledge. Seniors behavior is good. Work life balance is the worst thing like there is late seating till 8 or 8:30 without extra extra pay,that too was said the office timing will be from8:15 to 5:15 although we reach before 8:30 everyday which is inning time but exiting time never matches as said while hiring and they even make working on non working Saturday
