Management from Mozambique mr. Jose lima engineering department. He is technically director. Newly join . He spoil many HEMM caterpillar Machines No technical knowledge If any one suggest he will terminate employees. Very stupid man. Old man . He is boss because he is from Portugal. Mota also not careful they many machinery burn and spoil. One day articulated ejector running with out oil And 793 D. MEAFR09 engine ingectors working only 4 out of 16. I request mr. Jose lime. He don't have technical knowledge. He not care my report. Both machines got scrap long break down. I am challenging to whole mota engil management. I will prove mr. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
