Working in MOL-IPS is like government job. That doesnt mean the infrastructure is not good that means come relax do your work and leave for the day.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i was a part of the same. And the plus point about the company was all colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and all were happily work together. If i get a chance to re-join the same i love to work with it in future.

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high there. Many more times almost regularly i had worked for 10-12 hours in a day because of the deadlines.

Working experience was good. There was always new things to learn means working was exciting.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
