In moksa you can only learn with free hand if you are a self motivator rest nothing like a company.

Dislikes

1- need to work on Management 2- need to reengineering of IT Infrastructure 3- Need to listen employee by HR 4- No allowance for shift , should be there 5- No benefits except Medical policy

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
