Management is good there is chance to learn very rapidly .. Organization will give you chance to Inspect various equipment without any knowledge. HR polices are good any time you will be reporting to him ..but Managers are very cheap all are thief's ...All Mangers are started his side Bussness ground level staff will be always strubble for each and every situation

Management is good but higher appointed staff like Manager and Sr are not supported each and every time. All Manager and Sr staff they dosent like to mfg quality product they want to outsource and outside income each and every staff only Sr staff have other income ssource ..They are going to offload job for percentage basic and quality Manager is suppier of Consumable to all vendor and own Organization if any vendor had not purchase his Filler material then he will be ban as early bcz due to Quality Manager has stop his income ....Management is not taken any action for such gilty process that why I was lift from such a Organization...Read More

The company is small scale and growing which is open to inovation . I love the company that I am a part of a team that makes reliable,high quality products and global client base . The work environment is very supportive and which leads to get the better results to grow the company. I also like the employee relations hire policy here.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day . managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.

My work slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire project. As we all aware that project execution is a team work. Due to which the desired results as per schedule are not coming out and which affects the performance and appraisal .

HR take employee from good company and after six months they fire by saying performance is not good. It's General practice to HR and directories. Receptionist is not good in that company , she is Informer to management so don't trust her. Design department HOD is one lady who is not supportive to new employees joineee( She is insecure due to talented people if come and takes her position) due to gropism at company. There is no system for work.HOD's and some people have created dominance to work as them only. HR team give commitment at the time of joining but they don't fulfill it after you joined the company, having written communication also. HR team signed bond at the time of joining but they never discuss about it before joining. Company have policy to hold the salary of candidate after resignation till the three months of notice and they will do F&F after one month of relieving....Read More
