If they send to onsite(mostly mumbai) , free accomdation. Team mates are helpful. Company has Good name in banking domain

If joined as fresher then 3 years bond, first 4 month no salary. After training 12k(9k in hand) . After 1 year 18k. With this salary you can't survive in bangalore. After you complete bond again they will ask for bond, drama continues. 3 months notice period. No snacks or Tea. Kanjoos management Fresher join this company if no other option. Work will be on finacle scripting limited to finacle product. Once you join this company, u can't join other company easily as they have tie up with all mnc. I am currently working onsite at SBI(GLOBAL -Head office, Mumbai) in mobile banking customisation using MobileFirst as MADP and IBM worklight server.
