I joined Modern Informatics as a Network Engineer, expecting to work on firewalls, routers, and switches as outlined in the job description. However, the actual work I encountered was entirely different from what was promised. My responsibilities were mostly limited to handling local routers, with a role that felt more like customersupport and calling than true networking. There was no exposure to the hands-on network engineering tasks, like firewall configuration or advanced network troubleshooting, which had been part of the original job description. Moreover, I found the management approach to be discouraging. The manager, displayed biased behavior, creating an environment that felt demotivating for several team members.
