I joined Modern Informatics as a Network Engineer, expecting to work on firewalls, routers, and switches as outlined in the job description. However, the actual work I encountered was entirely different from what was promised. My responsibilities were mostly limited to handling local routers, with a role that felt more like customersupport and calling than true networking. There was no exposure to the hands-on network engineering tasks, like firewall configuration or advanced network troubleshooting, which had been part of the original job description. Moreover, I found the management approach to be discouraging. The manager, displayed biased behavior, creating an environment that felt demotivating for several team members. Mangement is pathetic. All people behave like they are the CEO. They don't listen or even support to any problem. Especially TL, HR looking for every moment to deduct salary. They look for B.E with CCNA certification even it's not a network engineer job. Not satisfied with the work.
