Worst company. They ask to sign bond for 1-2 year, rule is same for experienced candidates too. compensation is 4-8 months salary, which is a very huge amount. If you resign, your salary stops and you work without salary during notice period. After relieving, they stop responding and refuse to pay. They terminate suddenly and do not pay you salary and FnF also they do not provide relieving letter. 1 morning, I got terminated without any call or discussion and they refused to pay FnF after 2 months of follow up. I am going through financial crisis and emotional break-down due too this company. All, dont join this company, it will be waste of time and energy...Read More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, I must inform you that your claims are full of inaccuracies and misstatements. You claim to be a Solution Architect, however you were in fact hired as a Senior Consultant and never a Solution Architect. Furthermore, the agreement in which you signed was a contract and not a "Bond" as you have inaccurately stated. Your claims of being 'forced' to sign are false as the contract was simply there to cover the costs that we incurred by investing in your skills development. We also want to note that your claim on compensation is categorically false. Additionally, you claim to have been terminated, but neglect to mention the actual reason for it: poor performance evidenced by resolving only one ticket over the duration of your time with us and taking unexpected time off of several days which you did not accumulate. Additionally, you seem to bemoan the fact that you were expected to work the standard number of hours any other professional is expected to work with the benefit of being able to work from home. We believe that you were given a great opportunity to learn and grow in a particular field, yet your lack of punctuality and dedication to the job made it impossible for you to take advantage of the chance you were offered. We hope that you do not repeat this with your future employer and remember working hard and being honest always pays off. Best of luck.

Good pay and freedom to work. Easy visibility to leadership for performers. Evening snacks in the table for all employees. Though a small company they are involved in very high end implementation work
