Work life balance gets impacted quite frequently here due to tight and unrealistic deadlines. Clear communication regarding deadlines can help employees avoid overtime / weekend work. This overtime and weekend work is not compensated for. Management micro-manages a lot here trying to cover up more work (work not present in the sprint plan) long before the deadline dates.
