They hire even freshers at a comparatively good package.

Dislikes

Good place for getting telecom knowledge in industry. Good place for freshers to know basics of the application development/deployment/support using Linux

Dislikes

1. 12-14 hours of work straight for 3-4 months and still your manager will not be satisfied as if you're getting paid for such hours. Very POOR work life balance. 2. No overtime pay, even though there is policy 3. Very poor management. Politics and Regional racism is a confirm face off. 4. To some managers you have to beg for wfh/leave even though they are doing wfh FOR MONTHS. 5. In offer letter, you will see bonus pay and it is limited to that letter only. DO NOT EXPECT to see that pay in your bank. Nobody has ever received it. 6. Nothing new to learn after one year of working in the team....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
