They do not pay salaries to their employees, ex employees as well as do not give bond amount after completing a bond and keeps cutting rs 2000 per month for 18 months. I have left organization in may 2019 but still not received my full and final settlement. Terrible HR and management te am. I am working as a Software developer at Mobicule. Todays date is 27 december 2018. I had not yet recieved salary for month of October 2018. Company deducted 2000 rs per month from my salary in first year and told me that company will pay me that amount after completion of one year bond period. I had joined mobicule on December 2016 but still I had not yet recieved that retention amount. The company does not pay salary to the employee who is on notice period. On the last day of the employee they force the employee to sign on the application on which it is written "We had paid all you full and final amount and also paid your retention amount" They do not provide employee with experiance letter unless and until the employee signs on that application. Recently I have seen Mobicule hires interns for 6 months and after completion of six months internship the inform the intern to continue as an intern for 3 more months....Read More

Management is horrible. Salary not on time. delayed by two months and more. Saturday Working.. Many times Sunday also. Management decide salary. Rather than your performance. FNF not provide in time. HR did not reply your mails. No functions and festival celebration.
