this is the worst company i have mever worked in. i really advice people not to go in this company if u are hired.

Dislikes

There are many. they doesnt pay you well in time. no rules no policies people abscond in middle of projects. puts lot of pressure on employyes to complete 2 projects at a time. no learning curve. Hr doesnt respond or doesnt treat you well. I begged for my pay for 3 mnths. People smoke inside office. This is the same MKS vision in hyderabad cybertowers. Total politics and every decision is made by non technical people as they are working for years in same company. I had the worst experience for 3 months and it was hell....Read More

Work Details

They literally put pressure on employees to complete 2 projects in one day and the fact is they introduced me on a project and asks me to complete on same day. worst experience.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
