The company background is good. Office colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Career growth here is bit tricky. You have to work hard then you can get good compensation. As I say Work hard that is also mean you have to work till 9 hrs (Excluding Lunch) which is not in job agreement. You can learn so many things. Prodically job related training done in every month to aware every day improvement in industry.
