Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities

* Ensure safe working practices across the branch.

* Develop business by meeting with customers independently and in coordination with the Divisional Manager SW.

* Retain existing customers by understanding their company background, current situation, and past relationship with our company.

* Achieve top-line and bottom-line targets, including the collection of dues.

* Monitor and maintain 100% service levels in all activities by identifying current and future bottlenecks and implementing strategies to overcome them.

* Ensure the lab functions according to defined standards, SOPs, and norms to maintain 100% accuracy and quick turnaround time.

* Develop cost-effective strategies for providing value-added services.

* Ensure compliance with external certification standards and internal standards & audits.

* Build and nurture a strong team through periodic team-building activities.

* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

* Ensure smooth accounting operations and monitor best accounting practices.

* Ensure smooth implementation of organizational policies, practices, and instructions within the branch.

* Perform other tasks/assignments as directed by management.
