Mitra S.K Pvt. Ltd. is good for freshers and the knowledge gainers. But for long run, this company would be downplayed by other private companies as carrier growth is negligible.

Work environment is not good enough as the core management of the company is an instance of misery. However, team mates are good but there are lot of chances of being victimized of internal politics as the management is not enough efficient to manage every situation and for field related jobs, I just want to say two words "extreme corruption". So for freshers sometimes it can be difficult for them to cope up with the situation and make a 'unethical' version of themselves....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
