I am working in this company almost 7 years. Management is very cooperative. Best thing is that they provide best facilities to their employees. good environment for working. All employees in Mita India are very cooperative and I love the company culture, it's so positive and everyone is focused on making a positive impact speciallycare about good increment, promotion on time. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
