Worst company, no training is given- PDF is provided and rest you have to learn on your own. Job security is good as they don't get much employees dying to work for them. Career growth is restricted, Salary for IT support is 8k per month. You get travel allowance by submitting ticket snaps to the HR. Politics is at its best at Miscot.Miscot has the worst manager (Technical Support), he has very few knowledge and just yells at everyone inferior to him, he does not have basic decency about how to behave with a fresher. Overall a very bad experience working with Miscot....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
