They didn't pay after working their.My one month salary they didn't paid.Everything i dislike about this company.they wastes time of candidate.No proper management nothing is proper.

There is no job security at all, if your able to work 24×7 and even without salary then you must join company. Worst management I ever seen in life, they changed there policies every day. There is no professional environment.

Dislikes

If any one want to join miscos. There is my suggestion for you. ' Don't ever join this company'. There is no professionalism. They not give salary upto 2-3 months. No job security at all. Worst working culture.

They don't provide any facilities to there employees. They think employees are there " GULAM" .

This is a fraud company so I have nothing to like about it.

Dislikes

They don't give any employment documents like Appointment Letter, Salary Slip, etc. They do not give the total amount of salary and also no calculated salary details. There is no career growth in this company because you don't have any documents about your employment and you will not get any document after leaving the company. They do not provide the total amount of salary and any details about the calculation of the salary amounts and deductions. Director's and other administration's behavior towards an employee is so worst. The company will never liable for your security and problems arose because of them. Worst work environment. You can not establish a balance between your life and work. You have to work for weekends and after office hours but nothing will be paid for it....Read More

I worked for this company for five months. And, I resigned from the company because they asked me to do so. They are not giving documents of my employment, my remaining salary. They haven't accepted my resignation.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
