There is no job security what so ever, they can put you on leave without pay for months and then suddenly will ask you to work on commission basis. They don’t have a good reputation in market, they claim to have big clients in BFSI like Prudential, ABFL but in reality they don’t, they e ven work for startup, who have no relation to Banking and Financial sector domian, and they will expect you to work on mere roles of 20k-25k. There are no Perks at all in this organization, they expect you to work an entire year, and then you’ll be eligible for any sort of bonus or hike. I’ll suggest you to please please read the offer letter very very carefully before joining....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
