This role is accountable for:
- Providing specialist Employee Relations (ER) services and strategic leadership to senior management, HR leaders, consultants, and advisors to enhance HR capabilities, the People Strategy, and business goals.
- Offering expert advice on managing employment law matters and employment-related litigation in tribunals and courts with implications for the organization or brand/reputation, particularly in India.
- Monitoring key developments in Indian employment laws, labor legislation, and regulations, and providing proactive and strategic advice to stakeholders (e.g., Gratuity, Provident Fund, Apprentices Act, Labor Codes).
