Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
- Work with leaders to plan and execute important HR projects on time.
- Track project progress and ensure alignment with goals.
Talent Acquisition
- Simplify and improve hiring processes across different regions.
- Build a talent pool and track hiring success using clear metrics.
Talent Management
- Identify key roles and create plans to prepare successors.
- Help employees grow and improve business performance.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Develop and implement strategies to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Share progress through regular reports and dashboards.
Employee Engagement
- Conduct surveys to understand employee needs and plan improvements.
- Create platforms to recognize and appreciate employees.
Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and create training programs to address them.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and make improvements.
