I'm working here In HSE Department MIPL Company.And this company culture is very good All team support of HSE Management and Implementation, And company provide worker and staff good welfare facility as per gov rules. And company policies is so good, I think MIPL best company because every six month increase salary and yearly even bonus of all employee..

Dislikes

There is bond of 1 years before which you can't resign .if you give resign any reason so company not given salary this is very bad rule of this company otherwise All policies and rules is good.

Work Details

HSE Department Job is quite and interesting,And that helped me get a chance to of differeny roles within the same team and deparment, in this company is better for a biginner .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
