NEPOTISM with company core principles violation No compliance, and no code of conduct mostly almost all teams have siblings or friends doesn't care about others progress or efforts so obviously perks are to their own family members or friends. Sad part here is senior management is well aware of all this !

Great supervisor and managers and they really are helpful and help you grow personally and professionally. You are given responsibilities and also back you whenever needed and are flexible according to your needs which motivates us and help us realise our full potential.

Dislikes

Better extra circular activities and gifts for the associates during any anniversary or festive times. Tend to be little miser here and also average salary hikes.

Company Culture and Policies are supportive to Employees. Lots of opportunities are available for Skill Development/Learning and to work on projects with latest technologies. Job Security is also one of the big plus.

Dislikes

Consistency in Promotion and Appraisal can definitely be improved. Work Life Balance obliviously depends on allocated project like every other IT company.

The higher management is easily approachable. There is a hybrid work culture which is very helpful for working women.

Dislikes

There is mandatory 3 days sick leave policy which require practitioner level document for approval. A person can get normal cold and cough for 1-2 days and gets recovered with normal medicines as well.

There is nothing like working in LTIMindtree, Its all about the client that you are working for. If the client is good, You will like the work and enjoy what you are doing.

There is more of politics in the promotions and managers doesn't want you to switch the teams or projects as they want to search for replacements. Though it's is in the policy that you should not stop anyone from switching. There is no escalation matrix if you fall in such trap

Hybrid model is good as people can choose days depending to their schedule so keep this as it is.

Sick leave policy is worst ever policy i have come across as they have minimum 3 days sick leave policy. Means anyone has to be sick for minimum 3 days, if you get sick for 1 day then you can not use your sick leaves, mean how useless and ridicules policy is this. People can get sick for 1 day also but according to this policy you can not use your sick leave for 1 day. They need to change this sick policy. either they should remove all checks for approval as it is sick leave what is a problem of giving them to employee or they should add all sick leave for that year to casual leaves so that employee can take them....Read More
