I joined as a fresher, and the experience is so far nice. The work culture and people around is nice as well.

For me the experience is still decent. Well the one thing I dislike is that the project in which I am in doesn't allow hybrid mode.

Excellent company in terms of learning opportunities, work culture. This is one of the reasons to find many employees with long tenure at LTIM.

Dislikes

Huge percentage of CTC is variable, so, salary on-hand is much less as compared to on paper CTC.

1. There is lot of encouragement for Learning & Skill Development in the company. 2. People across organization are quite helpful and are ready to guide you.

1. Lot of bureaucracy. Sometimes for a smallest of issues, you have to run around to get it resolved due to complex processes. 2. Salary and benefits need to be improved for sure 3. Our talent should be retained as far as possible. Many employees are leaving the organization which is not a good sign.

Being skilled updated and performed well in initial 2 years, need to wait 3 years for promotion as per company policy. also, Sick leave policy is not in use for entire year if you are ill for a day.

I have started my corporate journey with ltimindtree it has been two years I was so happy with my job. I got good leadership in this company hence I am getting great exposure with my company. I am happy with LTIMindtree.

Few things I don’t like about LTIM are below 1) canteen food is worst I have give feedback so many time but there is no action taken by vendors 2 getting very low appraisal it’s only 3 to 5 %

When I firstly came at LTIMindtree, being a fresher it was a little scary that how will be the environment there and about my teammates and manager would be. But after some time I realized that it's very friendly environment here. When it comes to my likes. fairly I like food and play area, teammates and many more
