No planning, no visions, no job security. Irony is even after getting good remarks from manager and delivery manager, even after getting a project, one fine day they will fire you. Not even bothered about the career of dedicated juniors. Getting laid off is no new whether it's a senior or a junior. Politics is very common. In the era of democracy they follows monarchy.

Job security ,appraisal,promotions are matters that poor there might not be a satisfactory increment or promotion which will some way let down you a bit. projects are not long term or in sufficient numbers to keep every person engage so sometime management keeps you in bench because no project available so in that time there is a risky scene if you are kept for a term in bench which is in most of the firms...Read More

When I was hired, I was informed that its a permanent role and a long term project and they used to deploy in client location. After deployment they were no further interaction with mindteck manager. They did not check how the project is going on. And If client says budget issue or any reason. HR will call you to resign or they will send a last working date. There is no job security.

Manager names Vikas Patil was cunning, rude, not helping the team, making other people do the work but he takes the credit.Not helping on needed and emergency times.not understanding the client products and process flow.Because of the pressure given by him I left the job.Other than him everything is fine with Mindteck
