Job Title: Lead US Property & Casualty Insurance (Wholesale Broker Service Area Expansion).
Job Location: Bangalore.
Job Type: (Full-time).
- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead in US Property & Casualty Insurance to drive the expansion of our Wholesale Broker Insurance Service Area.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of US insurance practices and a deep understanding of the full insurance lifecycle.
- This role will require a strong leader with the ability to manage teams, handle complex insurance processes, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Insurance Process Management: Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of the insurance process, including submissions, quotes, binders, policy review/issuance, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, renewals, and claims.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
- Provide clear, concise explanations for various insurance scenarios, ensuring client satisfaction and understanding.
- Insurance Documentation: Handle and manage insurance documents, including requests, policies, endorsements, and other related paperwork.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance at every stage.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals, setting a strong foundation for effective operations and ensuring the team is aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and present detailed insurance reports to clients, providing insights into policy details, claims, renewals, and other relevant information.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance, support, and solutions in all areas of property and casualty insurance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve insurance processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all operations related to insurance submissions, claims, renewals, and other services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:.
- Experience: 5-8 yrs.
- Extensive experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a focus on leadership in a wholesale broker environment.
- Proven expertise in managing the full insurance lifecycle: submissions, quotes, binders, policy review/issuance, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, audits, renewals, and claims.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insurance concepts to clients and internal teams.
