Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They will pay you even if you on bench for 3-4 months. Just if you want to boost your overall package u can join them for 1yr or so

1- They pay you less 2- Retention amount from 50k to 1lakh depending on salary 3- It's been over 45days my after leaving the organisation still don't have update on my FNF. 4- Join only if u don't have other options. 5- They tell you will get developer role but all the clients they are working with have support job and you are expected to work more compared to what u r getting paid
