I have recently joined here, Worst HR System, they are really worst even if candidates are joining by submitting fake documents. they do not verify whether documents are genuine or not. I understand from one of my friend that there are many such candidates who join this company by submitting fake educational certificate, fake experience letter, fake relieving letter, even if any employee reports to HR Team, they wont take any action, because of which Organization wont get any talented candidates, only dumb candidates will join, it is really shocking to know this kind of HR System.
