I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions. Company is depending on client for salry , work file balance , growth......IF client requirements is closed then you lose your job....any time change company policy's like job relieving , leave policys.. * If required client 10 hours job then Microlink not taking any action.
