I worked here for 4 years at client location and from a experience I would say, the work environment was much better than my previous organization. The colleagues are helpful and supportive, if you are fresher then you will be able to learn from basic networking/outlook to troubleshoot and resolve the technical issues related to user via ticket. But, that's it, there is no career growth in the same field for more than 2 years. I did more 2yrs because I wanted have the exposure as a team lead, which I did, thanks to my manager. Long story short, Overall it was a good experience for a fresher including me, just do not expect more.
