Dislikes

Salary is a concern at microland for lower and mid level management, only technical guys get recognition and perks, management is biased towards technical guys from domains like network, storage, windows and database teams.

Work satisfaction - Poor

Hectic

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
